Chapel's Got Talent Show!


Arkansas Baptist Bound and Watson Chapel proud! Congratulations to three of our Watson Chapel Senior Athletes!! ATLAS Pep Rally part 2:
The Beta Club's First Annual Sock Drive was a huge success. Students and Faculty were encouraged to donate socks in the name of the person they wanted to see get a pie in the face. According to Beta Club sponsor, Ms. Cobb, almost one thousand pairs of socks were donated!! They will be given to local shelters and Churches. Sorry Mr. Faucette, Mrs. Dismuke and Mr. Webb...but it is for a great cause! #beta #makingadifference #WCfamily

ATLAS END OF COURSE EXAMS
Arkansas will be using the new Arkansas Teaching and Learning Assessment System (ATLAS) this spring. The new assessment is completely aligned to Arkansas state standards. The ATLAS End of Course (EOC) Exams will be given to all students enrolled in the course and the ELA - English/Language Arts Exams will be given to all 9th and 10th graders at Watson Chapel High School.
The dates are as follows:
APRIL 16TH - GEOMETRY EOC EXAMS
APRIL 17TH - ALGEBRA 1 EOC EXAMS
APRIL 18TH - ELA - ENGLISH/LANGUAGE ARTS
APRIL 19TH - BIOLOGY EOC EXAMS
Parents Can Help By:
-Making sure your child gets plenty of sleep the night before the test
-Making sure your child has breakfast on the morning of the test
-Making sure your child gets to school on time on the day of the test
-Making sure your child knows you understand that the test is important
-Making sure your child knows you think that they will do well on the test

Mrs. Laura R. Hildreth from The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff came to Watson Chapel High School. She had a Lab Class about the "Solar Eclipse" with Mrs. Webb 3rd period Biology class. The Solar Eclipse is scheduled to occur Monday, April 8, 2024.
